Q: How much does printing cost?
A: The price of printing depends on four factors. One is the total number of garments in your order. The more garments, the lower the price. Two is the number of colors in your artwork. More colors in your design will add up to more color setups and additional screening steps. Three is the number of locations on the garment that we will be printing. Printing on only one side of a shirt would obviously cost less than printing on both sides. Fourth is whether or not your order uses new artwork or existing artwork which we have on file. There is no setup fee involved for re-printing existing artwork. Setup fees are one- time and one-time only, and involve only new artwork.
Q:How much does embroidery cost?
A: Embroidery costs are determined by the number of stitches in the design. Simply put, the more stitches the higher the cost. There is usually a one-time setup fee involved, unless the embroidery is a simple name or other text.
Q: How long does it take to get my order completed?
A: Orders are usually completed within 7 to 10 working days from the time you place your order. Additional time MAY be required in the case of custom artwork. Customers are required to review and approve final designs for new artwork.
Q: Is there a minimum order?
A:Yes, we have a minimum of 12 items per new order. Other minimums may apply for promotions as well. Please bear in mind that there are substantial discounts for ordering in quantity.
Q: I don't have a logo or artwork. Can you create it?
A: Yes. Our talented Art Department has the experience and resources to create custom artwork that's just what you'll want, whether it be for screen printing, embroidery or ASI products.
